Mixed Mushroom Stir-Fry

Mixed Mushroom Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 150g fresh Mushie Oyster mushrooms
  • 150g fresh Mushie Golden Oyster mushrooms
  • 100g fresh Mushie Enoki mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

Instructions

Clean and slice oyster mushrooms. Trim enoki mushrooms and separate into clusters.

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add oyster mushrooms first and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until golden.

Add golden oyster mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over mushrooms.

Add cornstarch mixture and toss until sauce thickens slightly.

Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and cilantro.

  • Add mushrooms in order of cooking time needed
  • Don't overcrowd the pan - cook in batches if necessary
