Mixed Mushroom Stir-Fry
Quick and healthy stir-fry combining multiple Mushie varieties with Asian flavors.

Ingredients
- 150g fresh Mushie Oyster mushrooms
- 150g fresh Mushie Golden Oyster mushrooms
- 100g fresh Mushie Enoki mushrooms
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Instructions

Clean and slice oyster mushrooms. Trim enoki mushrooms and separate into clusters.

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add oyster mushrooms first and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until golden.

Add golden oyster mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over mushrooms.

Add cornstarch mixture and toss until sauce thickens slightly.

Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
