Ingredients
- 2 large fresh Mushie Lion's Mane mushrooms
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4-5 fresh thyme sprigs
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Slice Lion's Mane mushrooms into thick 'steaks' about 1 inch thick.

Pat dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook mushroom steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan.

Tilt the pan and baste the mushrooms with the herb butter for 1-2 minutes.

Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and remove from heat.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
